Nasi Goreng Ayam | Nasi

• 3 sdm minyak goreng
• 2 siung bawang putih, memarkan
• 2 buah cabai merah
• 1 butir telur
• 100 gram kacang polong
• 1 buah wortel, potong dadu lalu rebus
• 100 gram ayam cincang
• 500 gram nasi putih
• 1 batang daun bawang
• 1 sdm kecap asin
• 1 sdt merica bubuk

[sunting] Cara membuat

• Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan cabai merah hingga harum. Masukkan telur, aduk hingga rata.
• Tambahkan kacang polong, wortel, ayam dan daun bawang, aduk hingga rata. Masukkan nasi, beri kecap asin dan merica bubuk, aduk hingga rata.
• Sajikan.

• 2 sdm mentega
• 100 gr keju cepat leleh
• 3 sdm peterseli
• Garam secukupnya

• 2 sdm minyak zaitun

[sunting] Cara membuat

• Siapkan adonan pizza.
• Panaskan mentega dan keju, aduk hingga semuanya meleleh.
• Olesi roti pizza dengan minyak zaitun lalu tuangkan topping di atas pizza lalu taburi peterseli.
• Sajikan.

Resep:Adonan roti pizza

Bahan

• 500 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi
• 200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
• 11 gram ragi instan
• 25 gram mentega
• 50 ml air es
• 1 sdt garam

[sunting] Cara membuat

• Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk besar, aduk rata dengan tangan, diamkan selama 20 menit.
• Giling adonan hingga menjadi lingkaran berdiameter 15 cm.

• 1 liter air
• 400 gram spaghetti
• 2 sdm minyak zaitun
• 1 sdt garam

Saus spaghetti

• 2 sdm minyak goreng
• 2 siung bawang putih, memarkan
• 2 buah bawang bombay, potong bulat
• 200 gr daging sapi cincang
• 150 ml air
• 100 gr saus tomat
• 2 buah tomat, buang bijinya, potong dadu
• 1 sdm kecap manis
• 3 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 20 ml air
• 1 sdt merica bubuk

Pelengkap

• 100 gr keju parut

Cara membuat

• Rebus spaghetti selama 20 menit, beri minyak zaitun dan garam. Tiriskan, buang airnya dan sisihkan.
• Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan daging sapi cincang, masak hingga berubah warna.
• Tambahkan saus tomat dan tomat yang dipotong, kemudian tambahkan air. Masak hingga mendidih.
• Beri larutan tepung maizena, tambahkan kecap manis dan merica bubuk, masak hingga mengental.
• Penyajian:Tata spageti di atas piring, beri saus di atasnya, taburi dengan keju parut dan sajikan.
